What if there was a camp staffed with Moms and Dads who want to teach their kids to eat right, exercise and rest? A camp that's focused on teaching kids to relate how they feel to how they fuel, use and rest their bodies? A camp that gets kids excited about eating veggies and exercising and going to sleep?! Well, here it is! This is a camp designed with kids in mind! Featuring fun activities meant to motivate kids to take care of their health, infusing subtle messages from the Bible and showcasing the importance of eating fruits and vegetables, exercising and resting.
